One Day My Prince will Come.....

I am going to first start this out by saying.....I will never...I repeat, I will never color another window from the new spring Magnolia Collection! haha  My friend bought the spring kit (I wish I had known how cool the kits are, bc I would have totally layed out some dough for one) So, last night I got a bright idea to do the stone window with the princess.  The Idea was great but I must tell you it took SO very long to color it all in. Good thing I had nothing better to do on a Friday night! I had planned on intently watching the Cleveland Cavs vs . Boston Celtics game, but seeing as though it was a total obliteration....I knew my team was going to win, so I played while I watched. GO CAVS!

I woke up this morning and finished the card. I used Copics and the papers are from the Once Upon a Time Collection by ??, sorry can't remember the name and quite frankly I'm to lazy to get up and look! Hey, it's been a busy morning!

I will admit, this is my favorite card to date. She is so very adorable. I just knew my Kara was going to love it. I mean, she's 5 and loves princesses, loves stamping. How could she not! I just had fnished when I heard her get up from bed. She walks into my craft room and looks at it with total disgust. I was floored! I said, honey....don't you like it? Isn't she beautiful???  She said....."Mom, I wanted to do that....You took my idea....thats what I was going to do."  I wanted to laugh so hard. She said everything I did was what she was planning on doing  She was so upset, so I turned it around and said...."That's why I love you so much, because we think the same way"  She now loves it and has been taking her own pictures of the card. I was also forbidden to give it to my niece for her upcoming birthday. She wants me to give it to her for her 6th birthday in August.
Copics that I used:

Here is Kara with "HER" card......She's so cute!

Oh! You did such a wonderful job on this card, even though it took ages to color all the rocks! Think how much longer it would have taken you if your were "building" with those rocks! LOL Your coloring is gorgeous and the entire card is so, so pretty!
Blessing,
Barb

Love your card! I had that window arrive just day before yesterday and you are the second person to say how time consuming it is to colour :o(
You did an awesome job and Tilda is gorgeous. I love your layout and papers.
Aren't kids just the cutest with their comments. Tell your daughter she is a doll and I agree the card should be hers :o)
