For my card I used Serena has a Sign from Stamping Bella. I love this set as it comes with 3 perfect little sentiments to go on the inside of the chalkboard or sign! For my layers I used a couple of the MFT Blueprint sets as well as my Perfect Layers Mini tools. The number die is also MFT.
