SPD - Sweet Talk

Good morning.  It's time for Sweet Talk with yours truly on the SugarPea Blog today!!  Today I am sharing a little about me and a  trick that I use to get a crisp image when I stamp.  Here is the card....but you have to head over the SugarPeas Blog to get all the details and learn a little about me!!!

 

 

For my image I used - Love you Bunches. This image was just released last week and it is available in the store now!! Wouldn't she just be perfect for a friend or Mother's Day card?

SPD - Hi There

We are very excited to bring to you a BRAND NEW challenge here at SugarPea Designs…our SugarSketch.  I know that I often reach for a sketch when beginning my card-making processes, it really helps to get my MoJo flowing.  Each month starting on the Monday after our release, we have a new sketch to share with you.

 

We will draw to give away a $5 Gift Certificate to the SugarPea Designs Online Shoppe to one lucky sketch participant – So grab your favorite stamp supplies and join us!!

 

Today I used- What's Mew.  I colored her with Copics and added some shading with pastel pencils. The image is larger but I just wanted a portion of it so I used a circle spellbinder to cut it to the size I wanted.  The layers and flower were created with the Blueprints dies from MFT.

• Create a new card or project using the SugarSketch provided.
• SugarPea Design stamps are NOT required to play along but would be appreciated

Loads of Love

Good morning and welcome to Day 3 of SugarPea Designs Sweet Peeks!  Today we are sharing LOADS OF LOVE!!

This set is seriously ADORBS!  Wait til you see all the other ideas the other DT members came up with. Soooooo cute!  I colored her up with Copic Markers. Did some shading with pastel pencils. I added some foam dots to do the middle only of the basket to give it that rounded dimension.  I glued the side edges down leaving the handles sticking up. Love how it came out.

You're Ador-a-Bull

Good morning and welcome to DAY 2 of SugarPea Designs Sweet Peeks.  Today we are sharing - HUG-A-BULL.  He is so stinkin' cute and LOVE the sentiments in this set!!

As always I Have colored this with Copic Markers and did some shading with pastel pencils. The ground is done with prisma pencils and gamsol.  I used a Spellbinder to cut out the circle. Added so paper piercing to the card design. The sentiment strip is from an MFT die.
