Mini Tilda...and a mess!!!!

Good Morning all! Quick post for you today. My local scrapbook store just started carrying the MINI TILDAS..how cool (and dangerous) is that! So the owner asked for some samples to promote them. I quickly...and I do mean quickly through this one together for her.

I colored this with copics, of course. The card itself is only about 4.5x4.5. Nice size note card. The paper is from Imaginisce.  The Magnolias are Mini Sweet Tilda and Mini Easter Wagon.  I love that little wagon of eggs.

So now you need to see the DISASTER that  I was working in when I "quickly" made this card last night.....prepare youself and let me preface this by saying that I was preparing for 2 classes that I am teaching today at the store....AND....I was trying to make a few "Samples" for the store..AND it was 1 a.m before I finished. This is a SAD... SAD room... I know what I will be doing tomorrow!! YIKES!  I don't think I could manage another card in here until I clean her up!

Notice the bag of Chocolate? Of course you need chocolate to get you through 1 a.m. panic sessions of trying to prepare for class!!!

Ok...so now that I have embarrased myself....you all have a wonderful weekend and see you back here tomrorow for the Next Paper Sundaes challenge!!

She is so sweet and I love the cart of eggs. Your colors are soft and the big fluffy bow ties it all together. Very pretty card.

Validation is so nice...good to know we are not alone in making a mess and eating chocolate while crafting. lol You may have thrown your card together, but no one will ever know unless you tell. It's a really cute card. Love the paper you chose to create the Easter card. The store owner will display it proudly! Great job! LC

Sweet card. Love the distressing and the big flower. I don't think it looks so bad. I could show you worse. Come see my studio right now.

Tracy,

Love the card and the mess! Sometimes it takes me longer to clean up than it does to make the card :)!

Mini-eggs!!! My FAVE!!! At first, I thought someone stole into my craft room during the night and snapped some photos - SO glad I'm not the only one. Back in here this morning to clean up from last night. Love the card - wish my eyesight wasn't so bad - the minis are just too small for me to work on but my full-size Maggies call my name regularly as I pass by the door - most times, I listen to them.......which is why the rest of my house is so neglected. :O(
Have a wonderful weekend from Deb in Ontario!!

Yep, you'd never knew you threw this together. It looks so cute. Good luck with your classes. Wish I could be there today. Love the mess, and I am so glad to see that I'm not the only one with multiple tools - do I count 3 paper trimmers on your one desk? LOL

The card is adorable! Love your coloring and color/paper choices! And your work area...LOL...Wow, can I relate to that! The longer I am a card-maker the messier I get! That's a sure sign of creativity, right?

Beautiful card! Yes, I imagine it will be difficult to stay away from the shop. I know i couldnt if i had a craft shop near me that sold anything to do with tilda.

My craft things have taken over my whole house, and boy I dont half make a mess. I just tell my family and friends that i can't be creative without making a mess. Lol

Glad i am not alone. Thank you for sharing.
Happy crafting

Wow! This is an awesome card. Love it! Gotta get those two mini stamps. This is so gorgeous. And you did this at 1am. This was your artist idea so late. You must have some fantastic art because this is super beautiful. The ladies in class are so blessed.

Hey Sweet Tracy! That pretty card that you so quickly put together looks so very good to me! I was very interested in the bag chocolate. Now are you telling me that is the secret to your beautiful coloring and design work? The coloring on your card is fantastic and I love the background.

I am soooo glad that I'm not the only one who makes messes while creating. I usually end up with about 8 inches on my desk for creating because of all the stuff I have out on my desk. LOL Thanks for sharing! It's so good to know that you are "human". tee-hee! But the most important thing is that your cards turn out amazing... so it doesn't matter what your desk looks like, right? ((hugs))

I just LOVE your creative chaos Tracy... it shows that you're having such FUN! Pleased I'm not the only one whose desk looks as if a bomb has struck it... only thing is I have to tidy mine up after each crafty session as it's part of my bedroom... ugh!!!! hugs Sharon
