Get Well - Magnolia Challenge Blog

Hola! I have another card for you this week! Yep....I have been on a roll! I get that way...I have dry spells and then I can whip out 2 or 3 cards in a day. It's crazy. Before I get to my card I have to tell you about my awesome weekend, or should I say EXHAUSTING! Yikes. Silly me decided to go out with some friends on Saturday night and didn't get in bed until 3:30 a.m....I was up at 6:30 a.m to get ready for Suzannes class at my LSS. I was TIRED....like totally draggin butt.  However, I just had to go so I could meet my bloggie friend Wendy!!  Wendy and I obviously look nothing alike, but she could be my sister I tell ya! Way too many simliarities...kinda scary.

So Wendy traveled south to meet me...and take the class....and to meet me! hehe  Not sure if she still likes me.... I can be loud...and obnoxious...and.....??? hehehe  I thought she was totally cool and hopefully we shall meet again! ;-))) We had such a good time, we were definitely the "bad" table. Yes...giggles and loudness came from my table! ooops. Sorry Suzanne! But we had fun and learned a couple of tidbits too. It was a LONG day for me and a long drive for Wendy! I got home, hopped into bed to read and couldn't keep my eyes open. I ended up falling asleep at 8:30...which is crazy early for me!

So on to this weeks Magnolia-licous Challenge. It's a color challenge and the colors have been picked by the uber great Angela Wood.

I made the flowers, they are rolled. Hard to see but I added some stardust (my fav) stickles to them.

Liquid glass on the shoes for a patent leather look.

Tilda w/Butterfly dress and the Tulip background are from the latest magnolia Butterfly collection. You can purchase them at Magnolia-Licious.

Tilda is colored with Copic markers on papertrey ink paper. The postmark sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps. The butterfly punch is from Martha Stewart.

Be sure to check out the Magnolia-licous Challenge Blog, the DT has some fabulous creations to share with you. We would love for you to join us in the challenge. Our challenges run every 2 weeks and Diana very generously gives away a $25.00 Gift Certificate to use in her store to a random winner!

See you soon. Remember I said I was productive this week. So I have a couple of cards to show and the next one will include some BLOG CANDY, can we say Magnolias!!!!!! Oh yea!
