Artist Megan Suarez has two fabulous sets for us this month, both a continuation of her previous lines.  Welcome back to day FIVE of our JUNE Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!! As if yesterday's announcement that we've added a new artist to the Krafty Krew wasn't enough ...today we are introducing you to ANOTHER of our brand new artists!!! You may have heard her name before and we are SO excited to welcome her to the team!! Meet RACHELLE ANNE MILLER!!!

Hi everyone!! My name is Rachelle and I am a mother of two little boys and I work part time as an illustrator and designer. My work can be seen in children's books, greeting cards, craft supplies, children's room decor, and more! My art has been featured in various international magazines and websites. My boys inspire my work tremendou

Today I used the Birthday Girl RAM. Totally adorable and so much fun to color. I love this card, I don't say that often either. The printed flower was made using an old book. I punched out some flowers out of it, then I sprayed them with water and scrunched them up. After they were dry I layered them into a flower.

I just love this Smore's Lucas. Totally cute he is!  I colored him up with Copic markers. Used some Pastel pencils for shading.  The ground is done with prisma color pencils and gamsol. The paper is from Simple Stories. The picture totally took away the F in FUN...which I just noticed as I was typing this up!!

{TSG} I Dig You

Good morning! It's time for a new challenge at There She Goes....

Love Pink and Yellow together, so thats what inspired my card today.

 

I used one of the new stamps from the Aquaholics set. I love that sentiment but now I can't get the song Dig Two from The Band Perry out of my head!!!

Well, welcome back for another supah fun challenge here at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!! We've got another fantastically FUN challenge for you this week, not to mention lots of other fun stuff!! Come along and play with us!

This week our hostess is KIM O!! And her challenge is PAPER PIECING!! So create a card, scrapbook page or altered item with a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp that features a bit of paper piecing! Woohoo!! Today I used an image from "Let's Dish The Dirt" Set.  I paper pieced the boots and added some shading to them. For the background I used copics to create the clouds and prismacolor pencils for the ground.

Morning Ya'll.  Today I am posting on the Markerpop Blog for 3D thursday.  I made a simple box using an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. I just scored it at 3 1/5 inches on all sides. Cut 4 areas to create flaps and folded it up.

I loved last months release over at MFT so of course I had to get bunches of them.  I used Farmer Girl PI stamp. The Farm fence is also from the release. I then stamped it with the Western Backgrounds for the wood grain look.  Markerpop has a huge selection of My Favorite Things items as well!   A new release is being rolled out this week and I can already see that I need to save up some money! ;-)

 

The paper is from an old CTMH line.

The coloring was done with copic markers, pastel pencils and prisma pencils. The boots where paper pieced .  The texture on the jeans was creating using copic markers.

 

I filled the box up with some veggie seed packets.  One day I will have a garden. I haven't quite figured out how to in Florida though. I know it can be done....I just dont know how!  Planting is different then up north.

I had some burlap that I wanted for the stuffing but I can't find it...I looked everywhere and I have to say I was a little annoyed. So I was stuck with Cheesecloth..lol Whatever...it works!

I Hope you Dance....

Morning! This week is the last week of school for my kiddos. They are so excited and I am SO JEALOUS!  Ahh, to be young again and have 2 1/2 months off....no work...nothing to do. Alas, I will be lucky to have a week off this summer. ;-(

My babies will be leaving me part of the summer to hang out with their grandparents in North Carolina Mountains. Again, I am so jealous!!  Not to mention I am going to miss them terribly! I'm not sure what I will do without them for that long. I'm already starting to panic.  This will be the longest they will be away.  2 years ago they spent 3 weeks away and that was long. This time will be closer to 6. ;-(   

Today's card is featuring yet another digi by illustrator, Jennifer Nilsson. 

To put my card together I also used the Blueprint dies from My Favorite things. The coloring is done with Copic markers with some shading using primsa color pencils on the dress.

Sailor Boy

Good morning! Hope all is well with you this morning. Guess what I got to do a couple times this week??? I got to play for fun. Loved it!  I am in love with the Doodle Garden girls from My favorite Things. The artist that draws them is named Jennifer Nilsson, you can find her on Facebook and she also has and Etsy shop where you can purchase colored prints and Digi stamps!  When I saw this little sailor boy, I just loved him!!!  I love his bellbottom pants.

As usual it's all colored with Copic markers. Not much else going on this card. I printed it rather large, so I kept the card clean and simple.
