Keep in Touch {SPD}

Good morning!  So are you getting excited for the next release from SugarPea Designs...if not you should be it's tooooooo cute! I can't wait. I am getting antsy just waiting to post my cards for it. LOVE LOVE!

Today I am sharing Tin Can Chat from our very first release. love these girls. So much fun to color...love all the personality that comes through them.

I paper pieced their outfits. The rest of them are colored with copics and shaded with pastel pencils.  I added some paper piercing around and finished it off with some buttons. The banner is cut out with an MFT die.  I also used the paper piercer to thread the twine into the cans they are chatting with.

KKS - You Can Do it!

Here there! It's time for Wonderful Wednesday Challenge on the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog. It's where we come and remind you of all the wonderful Krafty goodness that Kraftin' Kimmie has and you can play along and show us yours!!!! oh yes!!  So check out this cutie from our latest release - Dream Big by Rachelle Ann Miller. Such a cute set and has 3 circus/carnival themed stamps that you're going to love.

Coloring is done with copics. I added some highlights with pastel pencils. Took a black marker and added in some faux stitches as a frame.  The border die is from MFT.  The fishtail was just cut by hand.

Will You Be Mine.....

Good morning!  Here today to share with you a magnolia that I colored recently. I haven't colored a Maggie in so long. It' was nice coloring just to color and not because I had to.

Tilda is all colored up with Copic Markers. Did a little bit of shading with pastel pencils. The scallop is cut out with a spellbinder die. I added some faux stitching with a marker. Finished it off with some enamel dots.

SP - Happy Easter

Good morning! It's our very FIRST Challenge here at SugarPea Designs!!!  For our first challenge we are having an ANYTHING GOES challenge.  So here's what you need to do..... first you MUST use an SugarPea Designs image to eligible for the prize. Hey Girlfriend!!! {SPD}

Good morning!! It's Day Four of the SugarPea Designs Sweet Sneak Peeks and tonight is RELEASE night!!!  Be sure to come by the release party from 8-9 on the SugarPea Designs Facebook page!

 I have alot going on here. I colored the image using copic markers along with some prisma color pencils and pastel pencils.  I also did some paperpiecing.   I still have things packed up at my house so I needed a button. I took a white button and colored it with my copic markers then I took a sharpie poster pen and added in some small white dots. Voila - a perfectly matched button! ;-)

Sugar Pea Designs Sweet Sneaks!!!

Good morning! This is it...this is the day we have been waiting for. It's day one of Sugar Pea Designs Sweet Sneaks and boy do we have a cutie to show you. Today's sweet sneak is Bushel and A Peck! I love this one because it's such a versatile set!! 

I've colored up a Bushel and a Peck with copic markers. I added some deep shading with pencils.  The paper is an old one from Crate Paper.
