It's Fiesta time!!! Today we are celebrating SugarPea Designs 2nd Birthday with a Birthday Blog Hop!!

I used Let's Fiesta and the Stitched Flags SugarCut.  I added some wonky stitching along the edges. The coloring is all done with Copics.  Love that hat!!
