Season's Greetings

Good morning! Christmas is almost here! I hope you are all ready. I think I am. Well at least I better be!  I'm just glad to say I didn't have to go out this weekend and do any shopping. I can image the stores were probably a mad house. No thank you!!

 

I always look forward to this time of year but also look forward to it being done. Thursday morning I will start breaking down the house, which I always look foward to. 3-4 weeks of christmas mess is plenty for me!!!

 

I will also put putting up my holiday crafting supplies. So here is my very last christmas card of the year......

Big news!!! ;-))

EEEEEEK!!! I am soo excited to be able to finally sing this from the rooftops!!  One of my besties, Wendy, is starting her own stamping company. The best part, you can be sure the designs are going to be top notch and totally adorable!!  If you are already a fan of Wendy of Sugarpea Designs then you know what kind of work she does!! 

So to be asked to help her in her new adventure was a no brainer for me. I am happy to be a part of the SugarPea Design Team!!  We have some MAD talented woman on this team......

Hello, I'm Tracy Valure and you can find me at Tracy's Stamping Corner. I live in Sunny South Florida! I have been happily married to my best friend for 14 years. I have two fabulous children - Michael, 13 and Kara, 9. My mother-in-law introduced me to scrapbooking right after getting married. We started stamping a few years after, so I have been stamping now for about 12 years. I love to do both, but find the most pleasure in card making. I think because it is instant gratification!! I work full time. In my spare time, what little I have, I love to read and SHOP! My husband and I also do alot of traveling. My friends and family actually pick relentlessly at me because of the amount we vacation! Anybody can just say the word and I will be in my car or on a plane there!! I just wish I had more money and time!! I'm a huge facebook junkie, I love social networking. I am also quite the party animal! ha! Hubby and I try to have a date night every other weekend, kid free! I swear that's what keeps us going!!! I am so grateful to be a designer for Sugar Pea Designs. I happy to be doing this with some of my bestest friends!

Walk along side me...

Good afternoon.  I think alot of people are looking at these snowy drifts in their backyards. I am NOT. It's still a warm 80-83 degrees here in Florida and our roads are packed with northerners, or snow birds as we like to call them.   I would LOVE to have a little bit of chillier weather.....

I have had this image from Mo Manning for sometime now. I just love it, it's such a sweet little image. I always makes me think of that poem, "walk alongside me" about the dad and son walking next to each other. So sweet.

I have colored, yet again, with Copic markers. Added some diamond dust for snow on the ground and trees.

KKS - Merry and Bright

Good morning!! Today is Saturday and that means a new Krafty challenge over at Kraftin' Kimmie. This weeks challenge is VINTAGE. I am vintage challenged....gotta admit. But to me these colors work for vintage!!

I used  Merry today from Kraftin' Kimmie. She is all colored up with Copics and some shading done with pastel pencils.

MFT - Happy Holidays

Good morning!  Hope everybody had a nice turkey day. Mine was pretty good. Did you venture out for some black friday shopping??  I did...but not for the big deals. I NEVER do that. I usually go shopping for myself haha  I get great deals on sheets and household items.  The stress of long lines to get 1 of 20 electronics is just too much for me. I will pay the extra 50 bucks or whatever it may be!!!

Today I am sharing this cutie from My Favorite Things! I love that little tree she is carrying. I have paper pieces her jacket and added some light shading. Looking at it now, it probably could have used a little bit more!!
